The outpatient department is designed to ease the patient flow. It consists of registration and consultation rooms, pharmacy, laboratory, maternal and child health/family planning ( MCH /FP) Comprehensive Care Centres ( CCC), HIV/AIDS project,s and casualty rooms among others. The hospital has one branch which offers 24 hrs emergency service.
The hospital has well-equipped wards which have defibrillators, resuscitation kits, oxygen concentrators among other machines. There are also dedicated and motivated trained staff. The hospital has general wards, semi-private and private wards which accommodate a number of patients per room and we are planning to hire and expand private wards which will be self-contained with alarm system. There are the male, medical and surgical wards, female wards, pediatric wards, maternity and labour wards full with neonatal resuscitation equipment, and incubators. Safaricom Foundation has promised to help equip maternity and MCH/FP and set up a Newborn unit.
